FutureMakers "Can you stand by and
do nothing
because you cannot do it all? If not you, if not me... who will it be?" ............................................. Ellen Stapenhorst, songwriter FutureMakers is a collaborative venture with Syntony Quest, a San Francisco-based 501(c)3 Education organization. FutureMakers seeks to engage younger generations in a creative exploration about their communities and their future. We seek to involve young people in learning how the future is the result of our actions and choices; it is a process that we create moment by moment. The program will provide opportunities for youth to understand the values of communities across geographical and cultural boundaries; to discover universal commonalties and to appreciate the diversity of our human family. Funding is needed to complete the development and production
of the learning guide that will enable FutureMakers to be implemented
in a variety of communities in the U.S. and eventually around the world.
